Saturday, June 6 — Graduate Student Conference
Present a project you’ve created during your time in MET. It could be a design project, research study, learning design, digital artifact, creative piece, or anything in between.
Presentations are six minutes or less, keeping things focused and engaging. This counts as a formal graduate conference presentation for your CV, and it’s also a great chance to learn from and cheer on your fellow MET students.
This is a non-competitive, inclusive event, and the goal is participation and community, not ranking.
Sunday, June 7 — Hackathon
Team up, or sign up solo and get matched, for a fast, fun, three-hour build session.
You’ll receive a prompt at the start and have two hours to prototype something together. Teams share their creations at the end, and prizes will be awarded.
Expect experimentation, collaboration, and a good time.
Whether you come to present, build, watch, or just hang out, we’d love to see you there.
This is your community. Come celebrate it.
