Dr. Oksana Bartosh has over 15 years of international research and teaching experience in environmental, science, and outdoor secondary and post-secondary education. She conducted systematic literature reviews, program and project evaluations, policy reviews and analyses, development and review of education standards and competency profiles, and quantitative and qualitative research. Oksana holds Master’s degrees in Environmental Sciences and Policy (Central European University) and in Environmental Studies (Evergreen State College) and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from University of British Columbia. In addition to teaching at UBC, Oksana is a partner of Directions Evidence and Policy Research Group, a Vancouver-based consulting company that specializes in decision-oriented research, evaluation and policy analysis, and provides research services to clients in the private and public sector.
